D.R.R. v. State

1 The appellant, D.R.R., a juvenile, was adjudged a delinquent in Okmulgee County District Court, Juvenile Division, in Case No. J-86-73, based upon a finding that the appellant had committed the underlying crime of Larceny of an Automobile in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, 1720 [21-1720]. We reverse and remand with instructions to dismiss.
