D. W. Holen and Another v. Minneapolis-St‪.‬

Two actions in the Hennepin County District Court by taxpayers and voters of the city of Minneapolis, one by D. W. Holen and Elmer S. Dinesen against Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission, First National Bank of Minneapolis, First National Bank of St. Paul, Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis, Midland National Bank, Marquette National Bank of Minneapolis, Midway National Bank of St. Paul, and Empire National Bank of St. Paul; and the other by Glenn F. Lovering and Keith R. Hinrichs against said commission. In the actions it was sought to enjoin defendants from issuing any bonds or from taking any other action toward the accomplishment of a proposed improvement and development of Wold-Chamberlain Airport or in the alternative to require defendant commission to hold a public hearing immediately on the proposed plan. The court, Irving R. Brand, Judge, granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment in each action, and defendants appealed from the judgments entered.
