Dale Brokaw v. Edwin Robinson

This is a workmens compensation case based upon a cerebral vascular accident, commonly known as a stroke. The plaintiff recovered an award before the single Judge Workmens Compensation Court; which was affirmed, with minor modifications by the Workmens Compensation Court en banc; and later affirmed on appeal to the district court.
