1. Plaintiff, a child a few days under six years, when his leg was crushed by electric bus, on a public street, brought suit to recover damages against defendant, the owner of the bus, for the claimed negligence of the driver in failing to keep a proper lookout ahead. It is held that it was a question for the jury whether a proper lookout ahead by the driver would have disclosed plaintiffs peril in time to avoid injuring him, the evidence being conflicting as to the distance between the bus and the boy as he stepped into the street, and also as to presence of parked cars interfering with the drivers view ahead.
