Dale v. Whiteman

Five actions brought in the Rice County District Court by M. W. Vandeputte to recover on promissory notes allegedly executed by defendants, Rollin Soderholm, Otis K. Huset, Carlson Fryers, Inc., Kenneth O. Ostrem, and Orester Nesseth. The court, Daniel F. Foley, Judge, granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment in each action, and defendants separately appealed from the judgments entered.
