Dallas County Appraisal District v. Funds Recovery

The Dallas County Appraisal District (the District) appeals from the trial courts grant of mandamus ordering it to "accept and process" the property tax exemption applications filed by appellee Funds Recovery, Inc. d/b/a Asset Resolution Corporation (A.R.C.) under the Property Tax Code (the Code). Because we conclude that the trial court lacked jurisdiction, we dismiss.
