Dan Rognrud v. Julia H. Zubert and Others

Two actions in the Hennepin County District Court wherein plaintiff Dan Rognrud, d.b.a. Dan Rognrud Realty, sought his commission
for the sale of certain real estate, and plaintiff Oliver R. Ogdahl sought specific performance of an alleged contract to
sell. Defendants were Julia H. Zubert and Zubert Construction Company in the first action and Zubert Properties, Inc., in
the second action. After findings for plaintiffs, Leslie L. Anderson, Judge, defendants appealed from an order denying a jury
