Daniel Kaye Ratliff v. State Idaho

Douglas C. Etherington was convicted of misdemeanor driving while under the influence of alcohol. I.C. § 18-8004. He has appealed from the district courts decision upholding a magistrates order denying Etheringtons motion to suppress evidence. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
