Appellant Professional Insurors, Inc. (Insurors) and Joseph Danzer (Danzer) entered into a written employment contract on April 1, 1976. Insurors terminated Danzers employment on September 17, 1981. Appellees Danzer and his wife Elizabeth brought an action for breach of the employment agreement, and were awarded $51,651.00 following a non-jury trial.
