Darcy Taylor v. State Texas

On January 11, 1978, appellant was convicted of delivery of marihuana, punishment was assessed at five years, probated. On July 26, 1979 the State filed a motion to revoke appellants probation. The court held a hearing thereon and found appellant had violated the terms of her probation by possessing more than four ounces of marihuana.
