Descripción editorial
Mrs. Darlene Appelhans recovered a judgment of $20,000.00 against Bart E. Goldman for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision. Plaintiffs case was submitted only on defendants ability to stop and avoid the collision under the humanitarian doctrine. On this appeal, defendant contends the court erred in admitting certain evidence; that plaintiff failed to make a case under the submitted negligence, and that the damages awarded are excessive.
