Darlene Norris v. Wende Gatts

This appeal is from a jury verdict and the award of costs and attorneys fees for the defendant Wende Gatts (Gatts). The case arises out of an automobile/motorcycle collision. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment entered on the verdict and the award of attorneys fees and costs, with the exception that we remand the issue of expert witness fees to the trial court for recalculation in accordance with this opinion.
