Darling v. Burrone Bros‪.‬

The plaintiff, Frederick Darling, was injured when the ditch in which he was working caved in on him. He brought this action to recover [162 Conn. 189] damages for his personal injuries. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff and from the judgment rendered thereon the defendants have appealed.
