Petitioner-appellant, Herman L. Loeb, appeals an adverse judgment from the Vanderburgh Superior Court ordering in part appellant, as sole trustee of the Freda Loeb Trust for Herman L. Loeb, to pay the trusts allocable share of certain oil interest operating costs, and also to pay the trusts allocable share of trust supervision costs and fees incurred by Pearl L. Woll.
