Darnell v. Commonwealth

Henrico County Police Officer E. J. Kopacki arrived at the scene and took a statement from the defendant. The defendant admitted taking the wallet from Mr. Longs trousers. He also admitted removing the money from the wallet, but claimed he did not know the credit cards were in the wallet.
