Descripción editorial
Appellant Kevin DaAwn Darnes appeals his conviction for capital murder via four issues. Two concern the trial court's decision to exclude evidence of a mental condition of which he purportedly suffered. His third issue involves the trial court's refusal to instruct the jury on a lesser-included offense, while the last issue concerns the exclusion of evidence allegedly relevant to whether his confession was voluntary.*fn1 We affirm the conviction.
