David Perkins v. State Alabama

MERRILL, Justice. Appellant filed a petition for writ of error coram nobis in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. The court granted the State's motion to dismiss and this appeal followed. We think the trial court erred in dismissing the petition without a hearing.
