Doe shifter Emily Dawson is on the run. Pregnant and with no one to turn to, she flees from the big city to hide in the small shifter town of Heartland, Montana. While she believes her ex will never find her there, she can’t be too careful, and trusting anyone is out of the question. Not even the irresistible bear shifter who offers her a job.
