[125 CalApp2d Page 441] This is an action for reformation of a [ILLEGIBLE WORD] tenancy deed and for partition of the real property [ILLEGIBLE WORD] which it relates instituted by a father against a son and [ILLEGIBLE WORD] son's wife, both mentioned in said deed as tenants jointly with the father. The court gave judgment for the father; the son and daughter-in-law appeal.
