Falling in Love with the Vegetative

Nina is a young woman who lost her parents in a car accident and currently lives with her aunt. Although she is patient and kind, Nina feels very lonely. Little does she know that, before his death, her father had made an arrangement involving her life: she was destined for a marriage contract with the son of one of her father's friends.
Now, Nina, even without fully understanding this arrangement, wonders whether she should fulfill her father's wishes or set everything aside. The contract fiancé, Vitor, however, had suffered a terrible accident and was in a vegetative state. Vitor had never been a kind man, and they were acquainted due to their families being close. Vitor disliked the idea of marrying Nina, but now, how could he decide anything given his health condition?
It is up to Nina to decide whether to honor her deceased father's agreement or to let Vitor live alone, without a chance to love.
