Garrett V. Stratman

Jonathan T. Garrett, a federal inmate, brought this Bivens *fn2 suit against C.A. Stratman, alleging denial of medical care in violation of the Eighth Amendment. The district court denied Stratman's motion for summary judgment on the matter of qualified immunity and granted Garrett's motion for additional discovery pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(f). We conclude that we lack jurisdiction and dismiss Stratman's appeal of those rulings.
