Descripción editorial
Gates Formed-Fibre Products, Inc. ("Gates") appeals the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law, which sought to overturn the jurys determination that Gates U.S. Patent No. 5,199,141 ("the `141 patent") was invalid as anticipated and obvious and that its U.S. Patent No. 5,077,874 ("the `874 patent") was invalid as obvious. See Gates Formed-Fibre Prod., Inc. v. Delaware Valley Corp., No. 95-CV-10923 (D. Mass. Apr. 1, 1998). We affirm.
