This cause is before us on a petition for a writ of mandamus by Petitioner/Plaintiff Patricia A. Baker, seeking to vacate an order: 1) dismissing Plaintiffs action against Defendant Hospital Corporation of America (HCA); 2) transferring venue as to all other Defendants from Jefferson County to Cullman County.
