BURKE, Justice. OPINION. After a trial by jury, appellant Gregory Jones was convicted on each of two counts contained in an indictment charging him with sale of heroin. The superior court imposed a sentence of seven years, with three years suspended. Jones was made ineligible for parole until after serving one-half of the four year period of actual incarceration. This appeal follows.
