THE STORY

The world of Meseda Quintus has been devastated by holy war – consequences of its people turning their backs on the God-Emperor. Amid the ruins of the last dissident city, Sister Miriya of the Adepta Sororitas is relieved that the Army of the Iconoclast has been defeated. All that remains is the execution of the Iconoclast himself… or so she thinks. The arrival of Sisters of Battle from another order puts the conclusion of Miriya's mission into doubt and raises the most terrible prospect she can imagine: Sister fighting Sister.
