About the Author



Tom and Kristen are partners in and out of the kitchen. They live together in Chicago with their loaf-shaped cat, Nina. Tom and Kristen are not comedians, chefs, or authors by trade, but they had enough chutzpah to write and publish a humorous cookbook.



Tom is your "local friendly computer guy" by day, and I guess he's also that by night too. Kristen is a nurse to people edentulous enough to enjoy a good meatloaf. Together, they have embarked on a journey of self-exploration as a respite from their daily lives that manifested itself into the recipes housed within.
