Plaintiff appeals from an order of the trial court entered April 16, 1991, dismissing this action ""as res judicata."" Plaintiff contends the trial court abused its discretion in entering the dismissal. We disagree. On June 2, 1988, Plaintiff filed an action against Purina Mills, Inc. and Associated Farmers, Inc. (hereafter called Defendants). Plaintiff sought damage for injury to his dairy herd caused by defective feed sold to him by Defendants. The case number assigned to this action was CV988-102CC.
