Just Breathe

Alice and Judy (AL & JUDE) started Just Breathe after several years of Bible studies, women’s conferences, personal joys and tragedies, and conversations with women across the nation and internationally. These interactions revealed a deep desire in them to help women recapture and reconnect with their God-given dreams; to help them dream, or begin to dream again.


Collectively, they have over forty years of experience in the fields of academics, Christian education, medical, music, and Christian ministry, serving in both the corporate and religious arenas. They have widely traveled both nationally and internationally. 


Alice and Judy share the same burning desire to minister to women as they “go along their way.”  Listening to and sharing their stories is just one component of Just Breathe. Believing that God has put them on this earth to connect, their friendship can be likened to that of Ruth and Naomi or David and Jonathan.  God truly does give us friends to help us along this journey we call LIFE.
