​If the world treated your garden as a rubbish tip, how would you react?

Alf and Bert are brutal security guards and their job is to keep trespassers out of the Cloud Estate. When slobs from the public dump rubbish on the estate, the guards, aided by Alf's enhanced third eye, swear retribution.
All goes well until the police warn them to stop and a gang of litter mobsters take advantage. But then Alf 'borrows' an experimental matter transporter device and his fortunes take a turn.
