Michael Werneke v. Robert Seabury

The Wernekes appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of one of the defendants in the trial court below. The summary judgment cancelled the notice of lis pendens filed by Werneke, as notice of their pending suit against appellees involving an allegedly fraudulent conveyance. The Wernekes' point of error is not decided, as this court is without jurisdiction to hear this interlocutory appeal. As a result, the appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
