MUGARITZ B.S.O. (English version‪)‬

Mugaritz BSO is a project that was initiated by the chef Andoni Luis Aduriz and the musician Felipe Ugarte which combines gastronomy with music. Now, the project concludes with the publication of this book that includes recipes, music and the documentary, as well as stories, poems and spells from the writer Harkaitz Cano.
