Dating is something I never thought I would partake in, until i started thinking about it. I'm 18 years old now, and had never dated before because I assumed my parents would shoot the idea down. I never dated before because of a strong level of respect in my family and I never went against my parents wishes. I was also more interested in getting into a great college and boys just never really interested me.
When I finally brought up the idea of dating, I had no resistance! When I actually started dating this guy though, I wished my parents did forbid me.
