Night of the Rippers

How could a man tear the arms off a person? Because the man was no longer a human being, he was a Ripper, bulging with muscles, foaming at the mouth, eager for female blood, and anyone who got in his way. And there were seventeen more, just like him. As a cop, even probationary, he had to stop them. Only a shot to the brain stem could kill a Ripper. If only he had bullets for his gun. It was going to be a long, violent night.
