Nike Inc. v. Comercial Iberica De Exclusivas Deportivas

Michael Dubinka, John Coleman, and Raul Meza appeal the district courts order dismissing their action for declaratory and injunctive relief for failure to state a claim under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). The district court abstained under the doctrine established in Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37, 27 L. Ed. 2d 669, 91 S. Ct. 746 (1971). We affirm.
