Raven's Pass was covered in snow. The houses on Juniper Street like looked like models in a holiday-themed railroad set.

Theresa and Jay Mills always felt Raven's Pass was a little creepy. That's why the sister and brother are super happy their dad got a job in Florida and the family is moving. Sure they won't be able to have snowball fights anymore or Raven's Pass's awesome pizza. But they also won't feel so. . . haunted anymore. At least that's what Theresa and Jay hope. Because even though the Mills family is planning to leave Raven's Pass, their house has other plans for the Mills family . . .
