A 75 year Harvard Study that said Love is the key ingredient to a person's happiness. When you are able to love at your highest potential you can be the happiest person you've ever been. In order to be a success you have to love what you do. In order to love what you do, you have to know what you love. Even if you know what you love, you have to learn to emit love to its highest potential.
Great Relationships is also the second key to happiness. The quality of your relationships depends on the amount of love in that relationship. When you learn to love more than you've ever loved before you'll have less fear, stress, anger and negative emotions towards others. You're best self is the one that can love the most. The highest potential you can be, depends on the level of your love.
