The foretold prophecy is unfolding upon the residents of Withernsea after an old enemy returns. His plan... to destroy his adversaries so he can once again rule—and ruin—the lives of the people who live there. 

Charlie Landry has no choice but to take her rightful place as Queen, and fight for Withernsea's freedom.
