Reckless Skye

Skye Marchant is ready to take on the world … or, at least, the rodeo circuit. After months of training at Hunt Ranch, she finally feels ready to enter the barrel racing arena. But the road to the National Finals Rodeo is dangerous, and the Hunt family refuse to let her ride it alone. Enter a frustratingly familiar – and infuriatingly still sexy – friend of the family, ex-bull rider Jesse James Jones (TJ for short).

Jesse would rather spend his downtime horizontal in a hotel room, nursing a beer, than babysitting a rodeo newbie. But when that newbie turns out to be Skye – the only woman he’s ever loved – TJ wonders if his luck might finally be changing.

If only they didn’t have such different memories of the accident that tore them apart. If only Skye didn’t hate the very ground he walks on.

But as the heat between them sparks into something dangerous, there’s only one thing they’re both sure of: neither of them has ever taken the easy road. And if they burn down in flames? Well, that’s a risk they might just have to take …
