While struggling to deal with a career ending injury, Mike walked out on his marriage, leaving only divorce papers behind. Mike never thought he'd return to the city he'd left two years later. Never thought he'd step foot back inside the stadium where his career had been stolen from him either. But when his best friend dragged him back to Greertown and forced him to attend a Switch Hitter's game which his husband was playing in, Mike knew his life was going to change whether he was ready or not.
