An explosion has nearly destroyed the church revival tent in Barlow, Arkansas. Sheriff Tate Wilson, goes right to work rounding up the usual suspect: Earl "Catfish" Butler. Now, Catfish must convince both the sheriff and his "born again" girlfriend Luanne of his innocence. But the sheriff is not so easily swayed, and Catfish can't help wondering what exactly he did during his last blackout drunk.
