Sometimes Love is not Enough

When they return from overseas, Amanda is excited to reunite with her brother and his best mate. Her pleasure at seeing the two principal men in her life dims when she realises that Scott, her brother's best friend, has not let go of the problems from the past.

            Amanda's grey-nomad parents confuse matters when they refuse to recognise her ownership of their previous residence. As her situation with her parents escalates, Amanda discovers Scott can be thoughtful and compassionate, and romance blossoms between them despite her sister's disapproval.

            Amanda and her friends have a girls' night out, choosing the same venue, unbeknownst to Scott and her siblings. When Amanda catches Scott and a woman together at the pub, Amanda's resultant flight embroils her in a series of disasters. Amanda calls her brother for help, but Scott arrives instead. The relationship between the two is tenuous, but together, they flee from the scene of Amanda's attack.

            Todd and Scott join the army, and when their first deployment is announced, the sisters anxiously await their visit before they leave the country. When the men return home to say goodbye, Scott makes a decision that crushes Amanda. Will their love be enough to save the relationship, or is it insufficient to keep them together?
