While Kaitlin clings to life in a hospital bed, reluctant psychic Billie Culpepper learns that the body uncovered in the Murder House is actually that of her own father. With the help of Detective Mockler, the cold case of her mother's death is reopened as Billie searches for the truth behind her past and her family's connection to the infamous Murder House.

Adding trouble to the mix is everyone's favourite charlatan and occult investigator, John Gantry, whose own troubled history threatens to destroy them all.
