State v. City Orlando

This was a proceeding to validate two issues of refunding bonds of the City of Orlando. One issue is in the amount of $2,701,000.00
designated "Refunding Bonds of 1937 --Class A"; the other is in the amount of $520,000.00 designated "Refunding Bonds of 1937
-- Class B." Both issues purport to be authorized under the 1931 Florida General Refunding Act, Chapter 15772, Acts 1931.
