This is an original proceeding commenced on December 7, 1951 upon the complaint of the Board of State Bar Commissioners. A referee was appointed to hear the cause and to report his findings to this court together with his recommendations as to the judgment to be made. Findings and a recommendation have been filed. The referee recommends that the defendant be reprimanded, but that his license should not be suspended and that he should not be disbarred. The State excepted to the findings and on June 23, 1952 moved to set them aside and for judgment imposing discipline upon the defendant. On June 30, 1952 defendant moved for judgment dismissing the action. PER CURIAM.
