Steelduct Co. V. Henger-Seltzer Co‪.‬

Plaintiff asks damages for breach by defendants of an exclusive sales agency contract [ILLEGIBLE WORD] which defendants had been marketing plaintiff's products. From a judgment for defendants entered pursuant  to jury verdict plaintiff appeals, contending, among other things, that the court erred to its prejudice in certain instructions given the jury. We have concluded that such contention must be sustained and the judgment reversed.
