So, when he catches nosy photographer Saskia scoping out the safari camp in the Delta where he’s based, Flynn sends her packing—assuming she's just another tabloid journalist digging into his past.

But Saskia is not looking for a story. She’s running out of time to save her beloved mentor and boss, documentary maker Rupert Graves, who has mysteriously disappeared.

It’s been three days since Rupert went dark after leaving a note that he was heading off to clear an old friend's son, framed on bogus diamond-smuggling charges in Namibia. Now it appears Rupert has vanished into the swamp on his desperate rescue mission.

Saskia’s only clue is a roll of raw 35mm film capturing a bush plane, open crates of rough gems, and forged documents linking Angola’s warring rebels, Namibia’s diamond operations—and the quiet Delta.

And the location of this camp? Closer investigation points to Clive’s Camp—the very place Flynn is based.

Flynn wants nothing more than to keep his head down and fly under the radar. His own past has shown him just how easily a corrupt system can claim innocent victims. But when Saskia steals evidence that could break the case wide open, she becomes the syndicate’s prime target.
