In the late 1930s, the superhero known as the High fought to defend the helpless during a time of depression and war…until one day he vanished from view. Appearing only sporadically since that time, and only during moments of great political turmoil, the High ultimately took a seat atop the tallest peak of the Rocky Mountains-and began to envision a plan for a world free of violence and oppression.
