Mexico City became the area with the highest number of telephone booths in the entire country with 13 per 1,000 persons. However, the arrival of the internet and mobile telephony modified the previous way of communicating with these new habits and smart devices that were displacing these booths that lately only announce the most recent service plans of the company because they have long stopped using offer their original service to make calls and of which to a large extent only their memory remains in memory. This photobook reflects only a part of all those stories of these useful devices that in the face of inclement time, the weather, crime and leisure are still waiting for what will be their fate.
