Sue and The Chicken King

Sue Mae’s tiny farm is ravaged by a tornado, as a result, the crop is ruined, her grandfather is hurt and all they have left is a loaf of bread. If she cannot get anything for her bread, she will need to see the Chicken King. She might be able to bring home some of the things they need, she would have to survive, first. This is a story for kids over 9 years old.
