Each chapter includes " Toronto Pearls" in the management of each malignancy, and provides guidance regarding how clinicians at the University of Toronto manage cancer. An extensive review of the literature was completed and is included in the reference list. The manual also includes seminal papers that must be familiar to anyone dealing with cancer patients.
